Scarface looks good with the updated head and the MTF body! I have been working on putting together some Cobra Blue Shirts using the MTF bucks, and I think they look very nice! I may have to add a Scarface to my ranks...

Billy is Cobra Commander's son. He was introduced in Marvel comics to give some back story to how Cobra was formed. There's one comic where Billy is hooked up to Dr. Venom's brainwave scanner and we see some old memories of Cobra Commander before he formed Cobra.

Billy later was trained as a ninja by Storm Shadow. Then he was involved in a car accident where Scrap Iron blue up the car that Billy and nuns were in and the car that Candy (Ripcord's girlfriend & daughter to Crimson Guard) and a drunk driver were in. Billy survived, but lost an eye and part of leg. From there he wore an eye patch and was given a prosthetic leg.

That's Billy in a nutshell from memory.
