So I've gotten some requests for the Bumblebee, and I'm thinking about making a mold of the helmet. Does anyone know how to cast softer plastics, ones that are more rubbery? The only casting I've ever done has come out hard and if thin, brittle (resin casting). Or does anyone do/know who does casting that would like to repro the helmet?

Wow, thanks guys! I did not expect to see this back at the top of the queue again. They were both given to my godson a year or two ago, and he loves them (he's six now). I had a Destro megatron in the works but I some bad enamel based silver paint that kind of screwed him up.
