Torpedo was my first ever Joe when I was a kid and my favorite, and with all the new stuff coming out this year I feel like a kid again, so maybe this is Torpedo with a new set of gear:

The harness is from 25th Stalker and modded onto bbi gear.

That's a cool way to have a land version of Torpedo.

When wave 6 comes out you could do a head swap with the real figure, since his scuba mask is removable.
