Awesome job, but as a suggestion, I would tweak a few things to have a more "accurate" MTF-style ARAH Lifeline:

1. Flip sides on the boot knife and boot pocket so that the knife is on the left boot
2. Change the ammo pouch to a holster and pistol to the left thigh
3. Change the ammo pouch to a C-clip and flashlight/torch on the right thigh
4. Glue a large pocket to the face of the right thigh
5. Change the pocket glued to the torso to three small pockets (or at least two if three won't fit) on the toros.

However, this is an amazing MTF Lifeline custom as is.

I always just cut off the peg from the pocket and just glue them on if there is no hole to plug them in to. Dremeling a new hole just to add a pouch or holster is a lot of unnecessary work unless you plan on changing the the gear every so often.
