Guillotine is the leader of the Cobra Plague troopers from the Devil's Due Press - G.I. Joe:America's Elite series. One of my favorite Joe storylines. He is a former Cobra Eel. Here is the Joepedia entry -

Thanks. Because of Hasbro's poor quality control on the 50th line, I actually used two bad Eels to make the Guillotine. The awesome part was due to the parts I needed for the custom and what was broken, I was able to still put together with the extra parts one unbroken 50th Eel so I didn't have to waste a whole extra Eel to make this.

I really like this!
I am not much of a lore connoisseur. I love stories and characters but I have a lot to learn. My knowledge about Joes comes from the Sunbow cartoon. I never had a chance to read the comic books, I hear it is a good read. I picked up the "COBRA" Story arc and I am still reading the Chuckles story, so far so good. |

When I saw the club Guillotine, I really wanted it. But then I thought, why waste my money when I have a perfectly serviceable one.
All I did here was reroute his hoses so they kinda go behind him. I also added the elastic across the backpack just to hold the sword without worrying about dropping and losing it. Also deepened the peg holes as previously, his flippers would keep falling off cause the peg holes weren't deep enough. With fins hanging off the hoses.

Nice update Nighthawk, that's a good way to attach the fins with the hoses
