Anyhow I like the idea of the big headset now because he would need one while piloting the whale. There is a cable that comes down to a box that will go on his belt. I'll put that on if I decide to use this head. |

the funny thing about this one is that when I glue it on it the big ear part will fit closer to the ear. It also isn't too off scale with the ones the football player have on the sidelines. If you think about it if Cutter is on the WHALE he is going to have just as much noise if not more than a packed full dome right? It looks much better in person like I said. Even the bad pics look a bit better.

Another thing you can do is CAREFULLY trim down Gung Ho's hat, then repaint it. I did that (and used an emery board/nail file to neaten it up). No pics for you guys, but it does look decent so far.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I did grab one of these Gracelynn hats and I will be casting it shortly. I'm also looking into a modded head that would suit Cutter, but haven't made a choice yet.

Not a problem. The other ballcap I offer is from the very old BBI police/SWAT line, so it is smaller than what is probably needed and is in the dated "Trucker" style. I cast them in hard plastic so that they can be heated up and stretched to fit larger heads though.
