I was originally going to keep them, but the knee joint is molded in blue. So I went with the padme legs primarily to keep from chipping (since they are white). but I also liked the matching glove and boot cuffs.

Nice job. From the colors to the choice of parts and the painting, all around win!

The only way it could be improved would be if you painted the blue harness white, as it stands out a bit much.
Great work!

Thanks all for the kind words! There's been so many mentions of the paint apps that I figured I'd break down the colors used here:
-Model Masters Acrylic Sand for the gloves and matching tan parts. -Krylon Fusion Satin White for the Upper legs. It works great on the hard plastic parts, but not the soft. -Model Masters Acrylic Primer to go over the upper legs and knees to match. also the turtleneck. I found the Model Masters Acrylic White was just too "chalky". - Model Masters Acrylic Light Ghost Gray for the torso, trim and backpack. - Model Masters Acrylic Silver for the belt buckle and goggles. oops - forgot the lt blue: it's actually a custom mix that I did a few months ago.it's lighter than the pics show too. And whoever posted in this forum a while back about using windex (or glass cleaner) for thinner was brilliant! I do that for all my paints now and they go on very smoothly.
