Hello, long time lurker, thought id join up and show off some of my customs, this has probably been done before but this is my version of the Chap Mei Sea Knight Helicopter. often mistaken for the bigger Chinook, but it's clear from the side view and scale that Chap Mei intended this to be the smaller Sea Knight even though the front is Chinook esq
It scales really well with Joe figures and isn't far off at all Anyway, hope you guys like it, it's one of many customs in my collection |

Awesome job, I was thinking on picking one of these up also. Incredible how Chap Mei can churn out these vehicles.

Looks cool. The one thing about these is that only the one side is detailed. If they had done both sides I think they would sell a lot more. Yours looks sweet.

You do an amazing job of masking. This and your C-130 look great.

Thanks i just cut some clear plastic to fit the inside, if you get a piece that bends but wants to go straight again when you let go, then cut it to fit around the clips on the side you don't even have to glue it, it will stay in place
