Here's the final painted version of the Gunfighter figure that was sent in by our bud Airmax. He did all the mods and sculpting, and I just prepped it for molds and did the casting. Really nice work on his part. This figure comes with removable pistols (3) and will be cast in the base colors shown here (tan/black/flesh/yellow). Enjoy!

Coolness, I recently saw some (I think) Marvel character who looks exactly like Grifter. I forget the name or who came first but it was pretty silly.

Grifter has a flowing mask like the front of a CC hood, this one looks like a pointy hockey mask. Maybe it's SWAT Grifter?
Looks good. The hair is a little odd... maybe some dry brushing will cut down on the emo comments. |

I dunno', I like the look myself. I always felt like Grifter's mask was nothing more than a large bandanna that he tied around his face after shooting holes in it so the pointy-ness is fine with me. As for the stylied hair, I think Airmax captured the look of his appearance in the later series very well, as opposed to the early look from the Jim Lee days.

Something about it just doesn't look right though.
It's recognizably Grifter but it doesn't seem right... Weird. It's good work like always, but just seems off...
