Stephen King "IT" Pennywise custom
ONe of my favorite scary movies of all time is Stephen Kings It. Pennywise the clown was always real creepy to me, and one day i wanted to find out if i could make him using G.i.joe parts. IT turned out pretty good.

yea, i just used epoxy putty, and for the hair i think it was from a old troll doll or something.
