<-------- and it should take you to my current auctions. You can also look up some of my completed auctions and see some of my past projects. Ebay seller name is "casshan" Do a search for "playset diorama" and you can usually find my stuff that way too. |

Ha! I just noticed the JUGGS magazine on the rack in the Kwik-e-mart.
The amazing thing about this is just how much stuff there is to look at and every time I do, I find something new and interesting. There's so much creativity and wit in this... it's truly inspiring. One of my favorite aspects is that any and ALL toys that are even close to this scale will work. You've created the perfect universe. |

You'll never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. Very cool, though!

Your collection is truly incredible... I see among the many many figures... The little spacemen from one of the old twilight zone episodes... The tall bald aliens from the "To Serve Man" episodes... Imperious Leader and a robot from Battlestar Galactica... And a Marvin the paranoid android from HHG!

I think the art of the playset, even commercial ones, is a lost art. I used to LOVE things like the Joe/Star Wars outposts, bases, etc. But this Spaceport is in a whole new category. What I especially love it the smattering of both vintage and new figs. Empire has such a wide birth of lines here, all of which I know well. The variety of stuff in 4 inch, I think, is what makes it such a great scale, along with the vehicles and what not. I think this is were modern Joe lines have gone wrong. The RAH line was just as much about the vehicles and playsets as it was the figures. Now we get 90% new figs and only a few new vehicles, and even those are just recycled concepts. Anyway, love that guys like Empire are taking it to a whole new level. Just awesome! |
