Here is my take on a Arctic Cobra female Trooper in Hi Tech WARM suit.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=220381598862 I really like the hair red......and well it's a Scarlett head...So that's were the Arctic Scarlett part comes from The Blue is a body warming antifreeze like fluid pumping threw the suit warming the occupant..

Now that you explained how the suit "works", the coloring makes sense. Didn't quite get it when you posted it as WIP.
I like it. Great job on the painting.

Awesome figure. Only idea i have for an improvement would be to add a hood and snow goggles.

Yeah I was trying a few hoods out but none really work with her long hair. The next one I'm using a pilot Scarlett head so I can use a hood on her
