It's like he's one step above a SAW-Viper...you should drop the blood hound and just call him: "BLOOD-VIPER."
Backstory: They are the SAW-Vipers that have shown extreme aggressiveness in the field and sacrificed themselves above and beyond the "normal" call of duty of a regular SAW-Viper- and survived to move up in rank. These are the guys that come in and turn the battlefield into a bloody mess. Hence the name: "Blood-Viper" |

It's practical, because he's a Blood-Viper...the camo just looks scary, it's a psychological thing.

one of the things i love about cobra is almost nothing is practical even in the joe universe thats why its so great =)
