I re sculpted Bazooka's helmet because I thought it looked like he took a big salad bowl and shoved it on his head. I shaped it with my dremel then took some old green fabric I had around the house and super glued it down to it. I then used some matte acrylic sealer and coated it and let it harden into plastic. I have always wanted to try this technique and it worked very well. This means that if you like the possibility's of making fabric gear but dislike the fact that it is soft fabric you could make it from fabric then coat it in acrylic sealer and it will be just like plastic.
