Found another way to make these figures look better especially those that are greenshirts, Rock N Roll, Breaker, etc.
I took the arm area with folded sleeve and sanded down the sleeve and shaved the flesh tone on open sleeve making it straight and length wise good. Also took the hand with wrist exposed and sanded off paint using a dull pair of safety scissors not to cut plastic but to peel softly like peeling celery, then took a small metal file from jewerly kit and sanded the hand area to give the upper part of hand impression that figure has long sleeves; then taking a pair of small needle nose pliers gently pinch the exposed wrist part that has paint removed and it gives off the sweater sleeve look.
