I never liked the look of LT Clay Moore from the Con set. When I recieved the Cobra Commander v45 (Pursuit of Cobra), I thought that the upper body and coat would be perfect for a Cobra field commander. I repainted the lower legs from Rise of Cobra Destro and used ROC Heavy Duty head with a Cobra Commander helmet.

Just a little, but not much. I did dremel inside so the head can angle down, otherwise he looks up too much. The head used was from the fatigue version of Heavy Duty, but if you use the reactive armor Heavy Duty head than there should not be any problem.

Nice choice for Moore. I used that body for my Miles Mayhem, now I'm rethinking that.

did you dremel all the way around in the neck hole, or did you just dremel a small area?

Just a small bit inside the head and a little on the edge.
