That is the BEST custom I have ever seen. Every detail is awesome. Great work. How long did it take to finish?

Worthy price to pay $9.99 for ea. Joe figure by Hasbro made like this. This is one of the best 25th custom figures ever.

That is absolutely beautiful!! The perfect combination of tactical/ninja! I couldn't have imagined a more perfect interpretation, and on a 4" scale even! Would you be interested in putting together the accessory ensemble and selling it by itself? I'd love to have one of these, just don't have the time to try it! I wouldn't need the actual figure, just his accessories.
This begs to question why on God's green Earth couldn't the movie version look like this? I mean seriously! How hard could that have been (obviously referring to a life size costume and not this miraculous work of art you've created)! |

We have a few masters of the craft here at the 'Tank, and you are most definitely one of them. Bravo.

To answer a few questions about what I did, or parts used...
Base figure: DVD SE head V1 SE torso EEL upper arms V1 SE lower arms Xamot/Tomax gloved hands (cuffs trimmed) Firefly upper legs Cobra Soldier lower legs/boots All in all, the entire fig took about 4-5 days. A few hours here, a few hours there...you know the drill. All strapping and vest components made from Lego micro-canvas, with metal rings for attachments. Also, scratch made metal "keepers" on the belt. All pouches are "working", although I don't have enough gear to actually put in them! The 6 grenades, 6 mags, and pistol suppressor all have a home though. When I have some more time, I'll detail the fabrication as much as I can. Thanks for all the positive remarks on this, as it was truly a labor of love for me. |

Did you actually sew the canvas or just use glue? Also, where might I find a piece of that stuff?

Genius. Gorgeous. I doubt many of us would have the patience or the talent to use this "Lego micro-canvas" but I'm certain I wont be the only one interested in acquiring some now after having seen this.
