Well, my 2 sons have started collecting Joes along with their dad and their toys were taking over their room. So I had to make something for them to store them all in and make it fun to put them in...
It is not as cool and flashy as some bases you have seen here recently, but they love them! These are a work in progress, 1st I build the structures, then I started adding details for playabliity. The ramp from the 1st floor to the second can be flipped up to slow enemy invasions...I used a piece of HO scale railroad track for a ladder, I bought 4 Rolling Thunder gun seats and modified them to mount on hex nuts glued on the different levels, I made homemade gatling guns out of dowels and scraps...next is a computer center and jail cells...Let me know what you think...and if you have any ideas.
