I definitely want to do the visor cut but I shy away from painting my figures cause I don't like dealing with paint and paint chipping.

Could you put some shots of the visor/hlemet off the body? I am not quite seeing what you did to it to cut it open like that?

Can you say more about how you blacked out the knee pads? Paint? Sharpie?

Or is that the mask showing from underneath?

Anything done to the visor? It looks redder...

How can I do a "black wash" to my Para Vipers gear?

Your job was too awesome that I ended up painting the orange to black on 2 of my paravipers and dry brushed some black onto his fins. I dont have the tools to cut out the visor though, I also ended up painting the goggles a dark green shade. You set the bar man, job well done again.

Green? Nice choice! I bet that looks cool as hell. I might have to try that one. It's funny, but I didn't set out to make some awesome fig with this one! I made a few quick mods, painted what little I painted, and figured you guys might want to see the difference. Who would have thunk it...
I still need to go back and detail other areas(boots, etc.). I'll have to detail the rifle as well, including a proper sling. |
