hey
Is there a gallery on custom figures? I mean, where i can look at all the custom models...there's too many threads, and frankly i got a bit lost :P Some of them are very impressive. I wish i could find more figures around to play with, but i have to stay with my old toys for custom models... Does anybody know how the "green stuff" is called? I use a different material, quite difficult to work with, but once it dries it's harder than plastic, and is really good to paint. |

Welcome to the 'Tank! Hope to see some of your work.
There's some information about green stuff in this thread. If you have a paticular custom/character you're looking for use the search function. Type in what your looking for but only search the customs forum. If there's a paticular customizer's work you want to check out, go to their profile, select statistics, and check out the threads they've started in the customs forum. Some customizers even have a gallery on their profile page. You'll find the "stickys" at the top of the page really helpful when you're customising too. Let us know if you have any questions or need help. |

To see all the customs and dios and stuff you'll have to look thru each person's personal photo album, or thru the threads in the custom forum. There's no master gallery.

Anyways, i'm impressed at the quality of some of the custom models. There's no way i post my crappy creations. They look like "vintage customs", i don't have 25 Ann models to chop n paste. By the way, i usually check the YOJoe site, but i have tons of loose parts, like arms and legs, but i don't know to who they belong. Can i take a picture and post it here so if anybody knows can tell me? A last question: if i sculpt heads or arms, they're "valid" for the custom modelers community? |

If you make something, show it off! I'd love to see what you've sculpted, and even if it's not attached to a custom, they are valid. |

I'm currently finishing a Duke model. since i never got one i've tried to make my own,but i'm making it older, so no big deal, you're tired of Dukes :P I'm also doing a Nunchuk, i never had one neither, but seeing the one posted, mine looks like crap. I think i'll add a hat instead of keeping the cloth, and turn him into a kind of regular commando. They're classic (vintage?) not 25th A models. Have other stuff on the works, but they will take too long to be finished. As soon as i get paid this month, i'm thinking on doing a trip and buy a big bunch of figures, this custom thing is addictive :P |
