Hello Hisstankers!

Here is just a fun quick little custom I made. As a huge fan of the original 1987 G.I. Joe movie, one of my favorite moments is when Zartan says, "a gem of that size, answers all my questions." Yesterday, I found an Arctic Captain America on clearance and I just whipped this together inbetween other custom projects. Hope you can dig it!
