I hate Serpentor!

I got stuck with a crappy Serpentor figure. I hate Serpentor! So I made him into Cobra Commander. Cobra Commander rules!

If you're wondering how I made the face plate, I simply turned Serpentors head around 180, shaved off his chin with my dremel, then painted it silver.

I was not gonna look because I do like Serpentor, but that really works out well. In fact it rocks!!!

Excellent Job! It's a really nice solution to serpentor's serpentorness. Think I may do this myself, if I ever get stuck with a serpentor.

My Cobra Commander kicked Serpentor's ass & stole his uniform.

very cool... but I'd rather not know how you made the faceplate, now all I can think about is Serpentor's twisted head facing the back of his hood... gak! but I'm with you on Serpentor, he's the only Cobra Main villan that I just can't put up on display with the rest of my Cobra Forces.... it's like he just doesn't belong because we all know that Cobra Commander is the head of Cobra... his name's not Cobra SecondInCommander
