I used the polar conditions Cobra Commander from the movie as my model for this one. It is made entirely from 25th parts with minimal painting required. No joints are painted, making this a highly durable custom (I loathe customs that are heavy with paint and cannot be moved).
The recipe: Extreme Conditions Arctic Tele-Viper as base figure Cobra Commander upper legs and head (any CC will do) Cobra Viper boots (swap out the knees with CC to avoid black knees) paint the neck of the Tele-Viper body black (it comes flesh colored) paint the Viper boot tips with flat black to eliminate the steel toes ***Added Destro***

Looks great man. Can't even tell that your CC is a custom.

That's how I like my customs to be. If you like this CC, check out another one that I did: Supreme Cobra Commander.

Did you have to modify the hood in any way? I tried this with a Parka Snake-Eyes and I couldn't get Cobra Commander's helmet to fit properly because of the hood.
Looks good!

Yes, I had to hollow out the hood a bit so that CC's helmet could fit in the back. It can be done cleanly to allow for full rotation of the Commander's head without sacrificing appearance.
