25A Scientist for the Good Guys
This isn't an established Joe character. For the verse I'm creating, the character is an updated version of Monk Mayfair, a scientist from the Doc Savage pulp novels. But if you don't like the character, you can consider him just a random military scientist. I mean, not all scientists are evil, right?

Ha! No, they are all evil...Doc was the Joes' established scientist (WTF!) and could create techology far more advanced than his MD would suggest....anyway, I love the custom. Monk Mayfair and the rest of the Fabulous Five ruled. You need Habeas Corpus to complete the figure.
