Pre-"New 52" Red Hood
This is the Red Hood I finally finished after many trials. Well mostly, I still need to make his chest decal and add the straps to his holsters, but here you go.

Head: Resolute Cobra Commander
Upper Legs: Wild Bill
Jacket: ROC Hawk
Everything else: 30th Cobra Trooper
