I wanted to use the base color of the comic pack figure in his camo, in order to make it less noticable if any paint wear occurs... So without further ado, I give you Gung-Ho:
Parts:
Head: Slayer Design Studios
Torso, legs, vest: Gung-Ho (25th comic pack)
Arms: Copperhead (25th comic pack)
Hands: Duke (Resolute)
Hat: Gung-Ho (VvsV)
Rifle: ??? (maybe MU Steve Rogers)
And for those interested in owning this custom: http://www.ebay.com/itm/290653280192...84.m1558.l2649

I always get outbid on your stuff but I think I want this one bad enough Shakka. Whe's the auction. Footloose looked good and Big Ben was spot on but this is fantastic.

Back in the 80's when Hasbro first made Gung-ho they sent a prototype to the Marines for aprovel. They sent it back saying that the mustache was not regulation, it had to be above the lip. Hasbro then retooled the mold to acomadate the Marine regulations.
For some myserious reason people like to give Gung-ho the Freddy mercury treatment when it comes to facial hair. At least your version did not do that. The mustache on your custom is almost regulation.
All that aside I think this is one of the best Gung-ho customs out there.

All that aside I think this is one of the best Gung-ho customs out there. | I know, the mustache is a bit long, but I think the original card art throws me off... I guess that as a Joe, he has a little more liberty with the stache.
Thanks for the comments everyone.
