I know that everything screams Snake Eyes too, but I was going for a more general commando feel. I want to paint the goggles, and the head still has that blueish tint to it.
The hands are still not what I want for this guy...so they may be changing soon. If not, they need to be painted. The head is the cold weather SE, body and arms are SE, legs are cold weather SE, armor is modded SW DSG and the belt is modded TAC Apartment Jango Fett. I airbrushed (lots of trial and error with the paint viscosity) the legs and torso to get uniform color. I have a pack in the works for him too, but I ran out of paint and it was damn near midnight when I did. The weapons are two of my favorites. The pistol is from the Comic pack Mara Jade and the rifle is a mod I did on an ARC rifle, it has a Greivous blaster barrel and the stock is shorter. Now, the crotch area is the older 'diaper' style one, and it REALLY inhibits the range of the legs. Anyone have any ideas on how to trim that down so the stance isn't so....wide?
So, there she is. My first military themed custom. I have to be honest though, this is going to be put up over at Bantha Skull as a SW custom, kind of a Joe/SW crossover-verse thing. I may end up giving this guy a light saber too.
Comments, questions, gripes....

If you can give the face some more detail. maybe add an antennae or some piece just to give it a more SW feel. You can trim the crotch with an exacto knife. Just be carefull not to take too much.
Good Job!

As for the crotch, I'll be taking care of that tonight and probably posting more pictures.
Thanks for looking.

You'd fit in over at Banth Skull btw Eddie... Quote:

yeah add some antenna or some cdr cody looking stuff to his head. | I thought about the NE chest, but figured it would take too much to paint along with everything else I was painting already. Maybe on my next go round I can use that. The base ARC rifle is great for modding. I've done at least 8 different versions. I'll see if I can find some pics and put them up soon.
I plan on adding an antenna to the head, maybe some other random greebles too, who knows.
Thanks for the welcome in and great responses.
