Yep, you read it right.
General Blitz Krieger the villain of the short-lived "Sgt. Savage and His Screaming Eagles"...hoo boy... Well, I scored some BATs and Snow Serpents (finally!) at retail, and in another giddy fit of inspiration (like the one the resulted in a custom LNF Tripwire), made this custom. I had Cobra Commander left over from the Tripwire 2-pack, as well as an extra Red Star, and a left over gun from an Indiana Jones German solider. I stuck the Red Star head on the Cobra Commander body, and thought it looked kinda cool. For a split second, I was going to make a Captain Latimer (From the episode "Sink The Montana"), but I wanted to go even more obscure. Here is the end result: My personal story is that after defeat at the hands of Sgt. Savage, he had to crawl back to Cobra Commander, with whom he severed ties when he created his own organization (as seen in the "Old Soldiers never Die" direct to video episode packed with the first Sgt. Savage figure). The Commander allowed him into Cobra, as the leader of the Crimson Shadow Guard...eh, it ain't Larry Hama, but it works for this custom Thanks for checking it out! |

Looks awesome! That Red Star head is great for almost anything! I'm currently using one as Admiral Keel-Haul

Yeah, it's funny, because you look at him, and the head just doesn't seem right for anyone, but then you paint him, swap his head, and it works. I was kind of surprised how he looked after I painted his hair. |
