it's funny you bring that up... i've been working on something just for the cobra eels however i can't find them so it's been on hold. i brought it out for the pictures using the stand in cobra diver.
i just bought my 2nd skyhawk this morning so until these are easily found i don't have any plans to repaint them. I really like the paint job on that. Nice job. Did the boys get to help on this one?

I love the crimson paint and the fact that your boys help you make these makes them even better. This is still one of my favorite threads. Please keep them coming.

Your 4 year old's reaction, or at least your description of it reminds me of my own 4 year old. Any time I do something "handy", especially w/a tool, always captivates him. I'm surprised you were able to wait a week, I can barely wait 24 hours before re-assembling something I've spray painted. The silver one is wicked cool, but I appreciate the choice of "cartoon" blue.

Hey arch, nice detail work on your CG Rattler. I like the flat black leading edges on the wings and the canopy looks much more raelistic with the black trim. I've got a Sharc and Mobat on the way and was thinking about making them into Crimson Guard vehicles to bolster the CG army with more firepower. I've also got another Ram cycle that noone seems to want for trade so I think that might be getting the CG treatment like my other one. What's next on your(and your helpers)custom agenda?

the weather is supposed to be great this weekend so i'm planning on painting a couple of the extra claws we have whatever color the little guy chooses from the colors we have.
i'm happy with the little changes i made to my cg rattler from my sons however i'm wishing i had used the same gloss satin as mine just looks so dark compared to his. mine matches the other cg vehicles i did for myself but my sons cg stuff looks more cartoon friendly. he choose the cartoon blue for example for his awe striker vs. my darker blue. they are both very similar but have a different feel to them. as soon as the ghost hawks are common, i hope to get a couple of those to repaint. i don't have a lot of fondness for the sting raider so i'm not planing doing anything with that.
