There are ways around this. Without going into the full tutorial (I know it's been linked to before), the easy way to lengthen the neck without actually midding the neck - is to adjust the depth of the hole in the head you are using. I dremel out the existing hole, then (after prepping the neck area with a quick release agent like vasoline) fill the head with hot glue. Then place the head at the desired height on the neck, let the hot glue harden, remove it from the neck, cut off the excess, and done. |

paint the straps...the paint sticks well to them...looks really good though
