I dremeled the helmet to make it wearable on a head, and then I "cracked" the visor. My inpiration was the PS3 HAZE cover art.

Great idea. Looks good. If you don't mind a little painting and would like to take it a step further, you could make some small cuts on his sleeve and thigh to make it look like he got grazed by some bullets, or cut by snake eyes.
