Awesome. I like the fact that you are making the figures your own and changing up the designs. I am more of a purist at heart, but this is impressive.

Thanks, I appreciate it. Redesigning is something I'm fond of doing. Even in my hand-drawn art, I rarely draw a character exactly as it is normally portrayed. You will continue to see this in all my future customs. |

Nice Zandar custom.
Quote:
Here is the completed Zandar.
He was meant to be my second entry into the custom contest, but unfortunately the contest was closed early. >:( My intention with this figure was not to recreate the 80's Zandar. To me he looked like an idiot with his shirtless sleeves and bright pink bandanna. But, I love the Dreadnoks, so I cannot have a complete set without Zandar. He's been redesigned. Hope you like it. Thanks to everyone who gave me feedback during his development. |

I wanted to see more of the Cobra de Aco pics. I really want one. I wanted the original and your redesign looks great. I have a few of those parts. I might give this one a try.

Thanks guys.
Sorry about lacking updates, but I've been working on the big guy, and it's taking some time. I will see about getting you some pictures showing some further progress. |

your De Aço looks fantastic, Pyro (puts mine to shame, really). very nice paint apps, especially on the padded yellow parts. interesting choice with the large Cobra logo on the chest. i, personally, used a more "traditional" logo on my De Aço custom (as i like uniformity amongst my Cobra Legions), but it does look really nice as you have done it.

Thanks, guys. I'm currently working on the S.N.A.K.E. I expect to have a Lady Jaye soon, so I will then be able to make my Zarana. I may start painting my Cobra Mortal by this weekend.

I like your Zandar wayyyy better than his original figure(which I agree about the headband). If I ever saw a Zandar figure on a peg like that I'd get him in a flash. Serpentor and the Steel Cobra are also very good. Great work.
