STEALTH WATER OBSERVATION RECOVERY and DIVE craft
As my first custom, I have decided the Joes need a navy.
When I was young, my favorite GI Joe vehicle of all time was the Cobra Moray. I built entire days of play around the Moray.
My Moray was often captured by the Joes and used as a fast attack craft, as the Joes were lacking a large FAST naval vessel. While I liked the Killer Whale, it just never struck me as a fast ship, and I still believe if you are in a special forces’ type atmosphere, speed is vital.
Moved the search light and added some small operational lights.
I will be switching out the small 30 cal guns on the back with a few M-60s from Marauders’, with my next order. The top turret will be rearmed with either a Mini Gun or a Ma Deuce in the fall.
I am still trying to locate two large torpedoes and the depth charge holders, but the ship is in a functional state and it is going to be a child’s toy, so I will do touch ups as needed, but first the kid and I are heading out to the pool.
