here is my attempt at using them. What do you guys think. I don't have any open Joes yet, so I filled their control room with Cobras. Let me start by saying, its harder to do than I thought it would be, but I got better the more I did. I used a floor grate template for the ceiling, and then cut out slots to make it look like fluorescent lighting. I am going to use the purple for the Dreadnoks and wait till you see the idea I have for it. Anyways, any critics out there.

SVantley inspired me to make a throne room!
I'm leaning towards Serpentor's throne room from the movie. I like how the walls were very "H.R. Giger" and I like having the control room with TeleVipers down below. Maybe I will make a mixture so I can also use it for Cobra Commander? Here is the start |

I resized all the images to 8.5" x11" but I am running out of space on my site.
So if you want them PM with your e-mail and which ones you need I will send them to you. |

Thank you for altering the image sizes. It allowed me to print perfect images of the computer terminals and screens on photo paper. I've almost finished the control room, but since it's got to fit inside my PIT, I don't think it'll be ready for pictures any time soon. I can't tell you how much these backgrounds have inspired my work.
Thanks again!

Hey, Amaro! Slick stuff!
Awesome stuff too, guys. I've been collecting these stupid 25th figures for a while now (actually, twice, lost the first set in a fire, but that's another story) and although I'm keeping most of mine Mint-in-Box (evil, I know, but having bought the series twice, I'm leaving them in the box now) these are really cool sets you've modified for the Joes, even if I won't be displaying the figs open. If you want anymore texture for just walls, I'm actually working on a Nemesis now for my Decepticons (actually, it's just for the "fans", I haven't even built my own Teletraan yet, and it's my own freaking design. haha. I have no idea when or if I'll even make my own display case out of these). Teletraan-I / Ark / Nemesis Interior panels **new files!** - TFormers Community Check out my thread over at Tfans for the Nemesis files as they come off the assembly line. There are 4 so far, and they're detailed a lot more to match the Teletraan designs more than the original Ark files I made. |

Mandingo Rex over at the tformers.com created some amazing Teletran-1 graphics. The idea is you download them and build your own Teletran-1 computer.
View more details and the files to download for printing in the Transformers Garage: Teletraan-I / Ark / Nemesis Display Panels! - TFormers Community So I downloaded them and made Teletran-1, which came out awesome. Then I took his graphics and worked them over in PhotoShop to create my own G.I. Joe control room! It's all foam core with printed graphics applied. Check them out... UPDATE: I put the graphic files on my site for download: GI Joe Base . |
