For the eyes, this was my first time trying it. You need a really thin paintbrush and paint the line right at the top of the eyes. There's a perfect place for it that kind of guides the brush.
The hands are the basic ones that come with cobra troopers (esp. the legions pack), TRU exclusive Hawk, etc., where they're already painted nearly the right color. I used a hobby knife to cut the cuff off, the I cut off the peg and glue it back onto the hand. The hand pegs from the TF Flint gloved hands fit well into these forearms. The pegs hold well without breaking off.
Notice that I used the left forearm from TF Flint since it has a watch like the original Cutter (although on the opposite arm). I just switched it from the Breaker mod I was working on.
I'm waiting on a hat from Alyosha (
www.brokenarrowtoys.com). Hopefully it fits OK. It will need to be painted dark blue and I hope I can get the "B" on without it looking like crap.
