Ever since I got my first Viper I wanted to try this. I wanted to wait till I had enough to risk destroying one. I dremeled the helmet hollow and used an exacto knife for trimming. NOTE to all attempting this custom, go VERY SLOW try to feel the top by lightly pushing down until it feels soft. Make sure to back off when you feel the helmet get warm/hot. And hold the helmet up to the light and look through the helmet you'll be able to see the plastic getting transparent. I can faintly see light on the other side of mine. I got a lil skill with the Dremel and I kinda feel lucky myself I did'nt rip through the helmet. I suggest only those comfortable with the Dremel attempt this high risk of failure custom job, this kinda soft plastic is sooooo easy to over Dremel and rip threw. The helmet is a perfect fit I think the scared trooper's head is a lil small so that helps. The helmet lines up with the head perfectly. Good luck and enjoy the pics.
