| What if entry... Neo-Joe Vehicles Dragonflyer and The Colonel.
In "Worlds Without End" a group of Joes are sent into a world in which Cobra has taken over. Some of the Joes manage to return but a few remained behind to help the alternate Baroness in her fight against Cobra Commander and Destro. Those that stayed behind returned to their long abandoned Joe base and stripped it of anything usable. In a garage they found an unarmed, smaller version of the The General MCC called The Colonel. There were three but only one was in running condition. They loaded everything salvageable on it and left, knowing that the first thing Cobra would do is nuke the base and everything in it. Aided by the Baroness, they hid out in the wilderness and modified their Colonel. They mounted a heavy gun turret on top of the vehicle and stripped most of the equipment out, turning it into a heavily armed mobile home of sorts. After they had established a hidden base, they used The Colonel to carry equipment for Cobra raids. Like the captured Motorcycles, the uniforms as disguises, and the BAT unloading the motorcycles. As for the Dragonflyer, a scientist who had been developing dragonfly-wing flight for Cobra defected to the Joes, after leaving a time bomb in his laboratory that destroyed all his notes. He gave detailed plans for the Dragonfly-wing motion engine to the Joes, who passed it on the Baroness. In her well-hidden manufacturing plants, Dragonflyers were built and passed on to the Neo-Joes, for their attacks on CC and Destro. The Dragonflyers were incapable of high speed, but were so hypermanuverable they could easily evade anything fired at them, and ,when armed, could both outfly and outfight nearly anything cobra had.
