This one was a funny one because Thrasher was in the lead, until Swamp Gas hit (awesome turtle shell armor and original Nok) and I was sure Swamp Gas had it until Yard Dog struck at the last minute!! So congrats to docfairday awesome update!!

Thank you all so much. A quick story about how this came to be.
I always wanted to make a fat biker dreadknok, kinda an og if you will. So as soon as the ocntest was announced I made the body and could not find a good head. I knew I wanted it to be bald on top with long hair and a beard. I searched every where, every line and was about to try to sculpt the head myself, something i have never done. Then I went to a local toy show and a guy had a star wars figure form episode 1 for $15. It had the perfect head but I wasn't spending $15 on it. So I waited and waited and finally got it for $3 at the very end of the show. So the fat biker was done. He still didn't have a name. Then one of my friends who works as a prison guard had his phone out and the screen saver said Yard Dog. So I thought it was perfect. Soon the story just flowed out of me. I did some google research on Australian Prison guards and found opne pic of two guys wearing an out fit similar to the one shown in the younger years. So I made him in about 30 minutes. I need a transition figure from younger to older and looked through my parts and was able to put together the middle figure. This was great fun. Thanks so much Iron Will for this contest. Winning this def boosted myself esteem about painting and customizing. Thank you all who posted as there were some great original ideas esp Piss and Vinegar. We need an original female contest soon. |
