This is for the "Kicking It Old School" category. Neo-Viper was one of the newest characters added once GI Joe adopted the new sculpts for the GI Joe vs. Cobra line.
The amount of sculpting, shaping, and cutting was staggering to make this guy in ARAH form with only ARAH parts. Getting the head right was the most time consuming. I almost didn't think I'd finish in time but after a few late nights, I was able to finish and get him painted and ready. NEO VIPER- COBRA Infantry Officers Parts used: Head- Skidmark 88 Torso- Sci Fi 90 Upper arms and upper legs- Wet Suit 86 lower arms- Zap 90 Waist- Zanzibar 87 Lower legs- Back Blast 89

Beautiful sculpt job, I can't believe that head used to be Skidmark.
