yes, very true, lol.
Thanks for all the people answering me though, I was really curious. I didn't look close enough to see that it didn't have legs and was just a vest with a head. Really reminded me of Willow though for some reason, lol, or the little guy from Willow (can't remember the plot/characters, just the cover) |

OK 10 cool things. Might use his head for a low-light custom. Personally don't see the Cutter resemblance though. |

Sorry if it's already been asked. Is there a release date card for Jungle Viper? Any info on Mail Away Cobra Commander? Thanks. |

I'm actually surprised that they jumped headlong so far into the science fiction realm, but I'm glad they did. These figures are a great marriage of sci-fi/fantasy and real world military. You've got bad ass figures like Jungle Assault Duke and Snow Job fighting alongside Ripcord and Scarlett on jetpacks.
I still keep coming back to that Firefly...man, that Firefly. Does anyone else see that helmet?!? So freaking cool. Justin |

Speaking of Firefly, it looks like both the helmet and bracers are removable...leaving one bad ass figure.

COBRA Commander requires proof of purchases, from what I can gather. You need to buy 4 figures. He comes carded on a COBRA-themed card with packaging of recruitment documents! Justin |

Yeah, it's pretty much made of pure awesome.
So we've seen the Arctic theme, Jungle theme, Urban theme, and a little of the Desert... What other themes do you think they might do with Joe through the rest of 2010? Aquatic? Forest/'standard' green camo? So long as they don't do 'space' I'm good. Who am I kidding? If they did space and looked this good I'd still get 'em. As for space, well...I absolutely loved Countdown, Payload, and Astro-Viper when I was a kid. It was the later Star Brigade stuff that started to lose me. But if they made Space figures as awesome as some of these figures are, I'd be all over 'em. Quote:
Maybe there's a "battle pack" or something in the works that will include him. That or I'd say there's just enough stuff "missing" from the movie line that they could probably do one more wave of "straight from the movie" figs in mid-late 2010 and include: Reactive Armor Breaker Business Suit Destro Final Battle General Hawk (Camo Pants/Brown leather jacket) Female Pit Commando/"Jinx" Desert Ambush Ripcord Rex Lewis (Bunker Raid/Flashback) Last edited by Jmacq1; 08-14-2009 at 10:47 PM.. |

I'm glad the helmet is removable. Would hate for their to be a version of my favorite Cobra that I don't like.
