I used a POC/50th SE for the figures in the photo. The head is Angel Forge male noggin #387, Marauder scarf and hands, and the skirts were made by Mrs. Stuart Logan. A Ret. Dark Ninja body could work too.
Also, let it be noted that the kits shown are samples of just one kit. There are different heads, guns, webgear, etc. in most kits. |

You'd need to bring customizing supplies (paint, tools, etc). The customizing kits do not include base figures so you'd need to bring those as well.

suggested tools? if i come next year i live 4 hours away kinda hard to run home for something and sure dont want to rebuy a tool locally that i already have. should i need to bring my dremel is there power available. i'm not a stranger to customizing i should have everything i need to bring but the military man in likes to plan ahead for the mission lol
any modern 4" type figure will work? gi joe, marvel universe, marauder inc, etc? sounds like a fun event! any youtube video's or more pictures other then what i saw on facebook? |

Paint brushes and paints at minimum. You'd probably want to have a knife of some kind as well. Other tools would depend on what you want to get accomplished at the con - dremel, sculpting tools, pliers, etc. would all depend on that.
(You're also likely be able to find someone who would lend you tools in the short term, although that's less likely with brushes and paints) Power is available for a dremel or anything else powered, although an extension cord wouldn't hurt either. Anything you want is fair game for customizing, figure-wise - however, for this year's game, at least, it's recommended you do modern military or civilian, given the theme. Not sure on the photos/videos. We'll have more after this year, of course.

I should also mention that this is meant to be an all-skill-levels and all-ages event, so people who want to learn how to customize are as welcome as experienced customizers.
