I walk into the shop, he pulls out issue 36 and then hands me the variant cover of the last issue and says "Merry Christmas- you are one heck of a Joe fan"
took it home free of charge. I know the shop owner pretty well and he said it was mine for all the years of support.

Jeez, nice, my comic shop guy knows I only buy Joe comics, he wouldn't do anything like that.
