I have a few ARAH AFA graded Joes. What is keeping me from getting more is the fear that the o-rings will all eventually break over time. Then I will have invested a ton of money in a nicely packaged jumble of parts. Has anyone had that happen to them? Thoughts on that?

I only own about 8 or so AFA graded Joe's for the same reason, fear of the O-rings snapping. They will snap. There is no way to stop that from happening. The key is to care for them and store them in a proper environment to hold off the inevitable. I remember the guy who spent $5,000 on a graded Blowtorch way back when AFA first started only to have the O-ring snap shortly after he took ownership of the item.

I haven't had any snap yet, but it try to move my carded figures as little as possible. I do fear that it will eventually happen. I think the figures will still stay together as long as they are stored upright.
