Curious how everyone arranges their collection...by wave/year, alphabetical, do you put all 50+ versions of Snake Eyes together? Moving soon and packing up. Leaning towards arranging by line and year.

I would use yojoe.com as a resource, when you are packing up your collection. It will help you keep your figures in order by year, version or whatever you decide. I arrange by version, so all my Cobra Commanders, Storm Shadows and on ano on are lumped together by character; but in chronological order.

SO..just moved into our new house and I'm building my Joe room from the ground up. In my previous house, I had the Flagg on full display in the center of the room, but decided to put her away and go a different route. I bought two of the dislay cabinets from IKEA along with shelving I already had. I find that vehicles really dominate display, so I had to decide what would be out and what would get stored. I would love to have everything out, but it would look like mass chaos. I'm taking my time with the room to make sure I get it the way I want it. The reason for leaving the middle of the room open is to account for my customizing station and video area. I'll post pictures up in the collection showcase thread once I'm done.

yes vehicles do take up a ton of room. my joe room is rather large and i'd say 80% of that room is all vehicles and the shelving to hold it all.
be nice to see what you come up with |
