Prefer them to be MIB. Contents can be sealed or opened. Boxes don't have to be mint condition just strict C-7 or better. File cards can be clipped but I prefer them w/out cut file cards or points. If toy came w/a figure I obviously want the figure. Also blue prints should included but it's not a deal breaker if you don't have them. Also any original paper work and inserts are a + as well but again not a deal breaker.
