I was hoping someone here could help me. I bought a 25th Anniv SHipwreck with Shark Tattoo from this seller almost a month ago now
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWN:IT&ih=017 I paid him the day I won the auction and I have yet to receive a thing. I have e-mailed him 3 times over the past several weeks and received no response whatsoever. It is weird because he is a power seller and is Ebay verified. I paid with Paypal. Has anyone here had this happen? What is my next step? Do I contact Ebay? Since I paid with Paypal do I have buyer protection. I have been very lucky with Ebay and have never had any problems until now. Any advice would be appreciated. |

Issue a claim to paypal for no item received. They will refund you.

Yeah, start a claim with Paypal. That'll either get the seller's attention and he'll get you your stuff asap or you'll end up getting a refund if the seller continues to ignore the emails.
Another option before you do the paypal claim, have you tried messaging him through ebay? Sometimes it's easier to get ahold of power sellers via ebay, also all communication is tracked that way, so you have a record of any communication you've sent the seller. Just dont wait too long, I think you have 45 days (or something like that) to initiate the claim with Paypal. |

AM I overreacting that it has been 3 weeks and I still have not received the figure. Do some sellers take that long to ship? Or should I just go ahead and begin the process with EBAY/Paypal?

I would begin the process. I personally haven't dealt with this (I hardly buy on ebay) but I would contact eBay/Paypall. Maybe someone more experienced with this subject could tell you more.

If you look at the item description when you're logged in, it will tell you how many days remain to initiate a dispute. |

Looks like you have all the right advice so far, If I can throw in 1 thing...
I (personally) avoid eBay "power sellers". In my experience they are the ones most likely to overcharge for shipping, pack your item without care AND they always seem to busy to respond. Of all the worst sellers, customer service wise in my experience have all come from "power sellers" so I avoid them like the plague. Not trying to insult anyone just stating my own experiences.

It would be a different story if the guy was in contact with you, but he's not. Screw him, contact Ebay, contact Paypal and send this prick a dozen messages a day until he responds. |
