Thought i’d create this thread on the off-chance that someone with the spares that I’m after will see it and that we can come to a deal.

I recently started collecting G.I. Joe again, and am in need of a few bits already. I’m in the U.K. but am happy to buy from worldwide. However, one of the reasons for posting this is that, although I can find these on eBay, the auto-calculated postage charges from the US are obscene. $16 to post a tiny plastic rifle!?!

Unless otherwise stated, i’m fine with reproduction parts, as long as i’m told so that I never end up passing them off as official.

Paid a little more than I wanted, but managed to get Buzzer's chain axe... unfortunately now I have a spare backpack too.

Update:
Hopefully got a Slice knife on the way now, and have added some Lady Jaye accessories to my want list.

I'm also testing a US-based consolidated shipping service, which may help ease the problems of crazy postage charges.

Storm Shadow's sword should be making a long trek to me. Now I'm missing a hose from the Ferret ATV!?! Will this hunt for parts never end?!?

Ferret ATV restoration project is going ok, so I stumped up for the hose.

Still missing that Lady Jaye backpack though. Anyone?

Been doing pretty well lately in not accumulating things with to many missing pieces.

Am currently on the lookout for a battered (but not broken) v1 Storm Shadow/Satan/Viper though. It's for a custom, so I want something that I'm not going to feel bad about painting.

You just looking for the basic OG SS mold? might try one of the 2000's redecos, you'd probably get out a bit cheaper, and be able to work with a nice figure, no less.

Yeah, just anything with the same figure mould - not arsed about accessories.

I mostly just don't want to "wreck" a figure that someone else would like... so am hoping to find something with a bit of paint wear.

Makes sense. well, once I settle up my family stuff, I'll be back in full collecting/buying mode(I just couldn't leave, I guess!), so I'll keep you in mind. What are you making, If I may?
