Hey there,
About a year ago I got a fantastic deal on some GI Joe vehicles and figures. It's been a fantastic buy. I got to introduce my daughter to GI Joe and she loves playing with them with me. There's one piece in particular I'd like to ask what people might think it would be worth. I'm not really interested in selling it right now but I can't find anything like it so I thought this may be a good place to ask people what they would consider paying for it. In one of the bins is a flamethrower pac-rat that is still in the plastic bag, sealed, with the instructions and decals, and the parts are still in the plastic grid completely unassembled. I tried looking on eBay but I didn't find anything like it. To be honest I'm not interested in selling it but I'd like to know what you guys might think it would be worth. I saw on eBay that a fully assembled used flamethrower pac-rat sells for about $25 but since this is a little more unique than that I would expect it to be a little bit more. Honestly I'm not interested in selling it because I'd rather have it than the $60 or $70 that someone might be willing to pay for it. Please tell me your thoughts on what you might think it would be worth. Kind Regards, Faterulz |

I would guess that its value is somewhere in the $40 to $50 range. Personally if I were to buy it, I wouldn't spend much over the $40 shipped. While it's a nice peice it's not exactly all that rare of a find. Considering it doesn't have much display value as is, I would either have to buy a box for it or open it up and display it loose complete.

Those were offered in mail order as well, so they're pretty common to find in and out of a bag, assembled and unassembled.
I'm not sure if I'd even pay $40 shipped for one.
