I’ve got a bunch of figures I’m gonna part with. What’s the best, safest, and most economical way to ship?

If your buyer is fussy about needing a box or if the figure has fragile parts you can source some small shipping boxes and do the same basic thing, just expect the shipping to be at the 8 ounce rate.

For carded figures, the boxes we got from the FSS figures work the best!!! They are just under 12" long so they still qualify as a small package and not bulk. You can usually ship a carded figure in the FSS box for about $4-$5.
You basically want to find a box that is under 12" in any dimension.

Maybe try something like this:
BOX USA BM1292 12 1/8"L x 9 1/4"W x 2"H, White (Pack of 50) $43.50 for a 50-pack supply. To clarify, exceeding 12" in any dimension makes it a "large package" instead of a "package/thick envelope" but it doesn't actually change the price for USPS First Class unless you reach their "dimensional weight" threshold...which is something the boxes above would not do. You'd be fine shipping with one of these but you'll have to weight a few and see where you end up with postage. Using the PayPal label also allows you to ship up to 15.99 ounces First Class where retail tops out at 13.00 ounces.
