I was wondering what the older Marvel Legends figures were getting now-a-days.
Ive gotten into collecting GI Joe stuff, but my wallets been a bit empty and its hard to collect when so much cool stuff is coming out, and your broke. I've got a pretty decent collection of the older marvel legends figures. Probably about 30 figures, quite a few variants (Mohawk Storm, Phasing Vision, repacked Doom-bot, and entire Apocalypse series variants) Not real for sure if I should Ebay them, or just try to sell them or trade them to a local toy shop that has GI Joe stuff. I guess Im afraid that in my state of wanting to collect GI Joe stuff, Ill under-sell the marvel figures, so I guess Im looking for advice to what I should do with them. They are all unopened, and most of the boxes are in good to great condition, they've just been collecting dust upstairs for the last year. Any advice would be welcome! Thanks guys |

if anyone is interested, I could make a list of what all I got, to kinda give an idea of the collection I would be working with.

Ill be honest, Deadpool is one I was never able to find. Figures are real weird around here, hense its hard to find a lot of GI Joe stuff. They are just now releasing the Gung Ho/Duke/etc file carded series here. I had a neighbor friend who collected the marvel figures, and being a huge comic geek myself, I got into collecting them too. He had a great collection, but needed money, so he sold me his figures for $100.
I did open some (youll kill me, but I have a modern age Iron Man, that I opened, so I could sit him on my shelf hehe) but I left a majority of them unopened, or collected doubles so that I could have a loose collection too. I also have the full Galactus, Apocalypse, and Sentinel, but I feel that I'll be keeping at least the sentinel, because it looks so damn awesome. Ive gotta head to work soon, but Ill start compiling a list tonight when I get home. |

Well, I just got done taking a few pictures of my "still in box" collection. Im adding them to a photobucket album, figured it would be the fastest way to put all of them in one spot instead of overwhelming this thread with the pics. They should be up here in a bit, ill send a URL once its complete. If I get time sometime, I may do the same with my opened figures.

I hope I got the right URL there. The album is "Marvel Legends Figures". The link should take you straight to that album. |

ok cool, its back up. Went ahead and made an album with most of my gi joe stuff. Very "spur of the moment" layouts though. Probably post my GI Joe in the "Pictures of your collection" thread when i get them dusted and set up better.

Heres a question. Is it better to say no to selling stuff individually, and try to sell the whole collection as one, or is it better to sell a few, then try to bulk sell the leftover collection?
